Pride season is basically gay Christmas. Multiple events, multiple outfit changes, multiple opportunities to look exactly as good as you've been planning since January. The question isn't whether to pack swimwear, it's which swimwear, how much, and how to make sure it all works together.

Here's the checklist.

The Foundation: Two Briefs Minimum

You need at least two swim briefs for any Pride trip that involves a pool party or beach day. One for day one, one for when the first one is still drying at 2pm and the afternoon party starts at 3.

Go for different colorways so they work as separate looks. A bold print (Carioca, Parrot) and a cleaner solid or gradient (Mango, Heritage Blue) gives you versatility without overpacking.

SLTBURN briefs are quick-dry, but still, two is two.

One Pair of Shorts

For travel days, daytime events, and any situation where you want to move between venues without a full outfit change. The SLTBURN Performance Shorts pull double duty, they look like a real fashion choice, not just coverage.

Statement Accessories

A harness or body chain. One good pair of boots or clean white sneakers. Sunglasses that mean business. If you're doing a themed event, plan the accessory first and build the brief around it, not the other way around.

The Carioca Gloves are a single accessory that transforms any look from pool to party.

Skincare is Prep

SPF 50 minimum. A good body lotion the night before. Lip balm with SPF because nobody is talking about this enough. If you're going to be in the sun all day and then under lights all night, your skin needs to be ready for both.

The Full Checklist

2+ swim briefs, 1 pair of swim shorts, harness or body jewelry, boots or clean sneakers, SPF 50 body sunscreen, SPF lip balm, body lotion, portable phone charger, reusable water bottle, and the audacity to take up space.

Shop everything you need at sltburn.com. See you at the pool.
