At SLTBURN, we take pride in providing high-quality swimwear. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final, except in cases where an item is found to be defective. Please review our policies below:

1. Store Credit or Replacement for Defective Items Only
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, if you receive a defective item, you may request a return or replacement (subject to availability) within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will ship a replacement or issue store credit for the price paid for the item at the time of purchase.
2. Return Policy for Defective Items
If your item arrives with a defect:

Contact us at info@sltburn.com within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect, then await further instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the item is confirmed to be defective and meets the requirements below, a replacement will be sent (subject to availability). If a replacement is not available, we will issue store credit for both the value of the item at the time of purchase and the return shipping costs.
Important Notes:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

SLTBURN is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above requirements.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, all swimwear is final sale unless defective. We do not accept returns for:

Used or worn items

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards
4. Processing Time for Returns & Exchanges

Once your return or exchange is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

If approved, store credit will be issued as a unique code that can be used on your next purchase.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue store credit instead.
